About Me
Dr. John-Roger and me, Easter on the Beach, 2009
I’m a PR / marketing specialist currently working with MSIA, Dr. John-Roger and Dr. Jsu Garcia and their current projects including their two recent feature films ‘The Wayshower’ and ‘Spiritual Warriors’.
I have been a student of Dr. John-Roger’s since 1996, and have been working with him and his non-profit organizations since 2005. I also graduated in 2011 with my Doctor of Spiritual Science from Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy (PTS), and also facilitate classes and workshops through PTS.
I love life. I feel blessed and grateful that I feel like I came in with an amazing ability to be happy, find the positive, see the good. I’m one of those people that over-smile in photos involuntarily, I nod my head in enthusiasm during seminars and lectures also involuntarily, and i just find it easy to meet people and like them.
My life however has included its challenges, including my Mum’s death at age 14. My inability to deal with this led to an eighteen year struggle with bulimia, and hard drug addiction in my late teens. While challenges are rarely fun at the time, I have developed a love and compassion for all of these moments of adversity, and have come to see how they are some of the biggest blessings in my life. They have given me so much. Strength, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, perseverance, patience, and mostly and above all else, love for myself and love for all others.
Before finding myself working here in beautiful LA with John-Roger and Jsu Garcia, I spent 10 years working in corporate marketing and PR. I graduated from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia with a Bachelors in Business with a double concentration Marketing and Human Resources.
