About Smyl

SmyL is an acronym for Share my Light.
To smyL is to smile. To smile from the inside out. Smiling that begins from the heart and that radiates out in an invisible yet potently apparent transmission.
SmyLing is easy, yet unimaginably profound.

It’s first and foremost about loving one’s self.
It’s much more selfish and much less altruistic than it would first appear.
SmyLing is about wanting to live in joy, love and peace.
SmyLing is knowing that in order to share the Light, to share the love and peace from the highest source, means that it must first come to me and uplift, transform and fill me.
SmyLing is loving and taking care of myself first, so that I am an example and radiant being of Light for the world to see.

SmyLing is found in an infinite number of actions and expressions.
SmyLing has undefined and unmeasurable form.

SmyLing was born out of my practical treatise for my Doctorate of Spiritual Science. My five year research project showed me that if I wanted more joy in my life, the real joy that is sustained and infinite. That that joy only comes from within, and only comes from the highest source and it comes in when invited. And in particular it comes in when invited as a request to be of service.
