Listening to what I need

So in this moment, I am choosing to be happy. And as I let myself smile just a little, as I relax and let go of anything inside right now that is not ‘happy’ … my grin turns into a wider, then wider still smile and I feel my shoulders drop, I feel my heart open, and I feel a wave of relief, a wave of joy enter my body.

change your outfit outllook

if someone a year ago told me ‘Zoe you know if you blow dry your hair in the morning, put on a bit of makeup, take some time creating a really great outfit for the day – you might have a more positive outlook for that day’ I may not have believed them.
