Listening to what I need

So in this moment, I am choosing to be happy. And as I let myself smile just a little, as I relax and let go of anything inside right now that is not ‘happy’ … my grin turns into a wider, then wider still smile and I feel my shoulders drop, I feel my heart open, and I feel a wave of relief, a wave of joy enter my body.

living in Grace is loving God

The other profound inspiration I got was in loving God: we're serving God. Imagine a life completely committed to serving. Serving the Spirit, serving oneself, serving others; doing all things with a focus of serving, of lifting, of loving and caring for the greater good. That is one of the many reasons I am so inspired by Dr. John-Roger.

well the practical treatis i'm working on for my Doctorate is actually along the lines of ... taking the time to consciously align with Spirit before entering into action, so that i live and create more through God's grace; through peace, joy and loving.

at first it felt stupid. and with practice, just doing it again and again it has started to feel more comfortable and i'm starting to discover my own ways and my own truths with what works for me in getting my own answers for me and my life.
