a big awakening i've had recently is that with my thinking and relationship towards food. i did an experiment where i gave myself 33days of letting myself EAT WHATEVER I WANTED... seriously and truly ... instead of the usual, policing, dieting, punishing myself, controling myself ... i let myself EAT WHATEVER I WANTED. after 15 years of worrying about my weight - the worry, controling and kicking myself hadn't worked ... so i decided to try this ...

dancing in the streets tip #5 – it’s my car and i'll dance if i want to and lastly i was just kinda happy about my ability to be enthusiastic, child-like, and really choose to enjoy myself – because that is my choice. and that is always my choice.
