does a greater purpose give us more energy?

Well I have no idea, but I have noticed as I've been tracking as part of my PhD study, that the days I take the time to connect to my life's purpose, to the service, the plans and dreams I have for my life, not only does the day seem to flow more smoothly and with more easily, but I've noticed from my tracking that I also have more energy. Interesting ;)

positive FOCUS

Why positive focus, rather than positive thinking? With positive thinking, we can be drowning but telling ourselves that things are just great. With positive focus we tell ourselves things will be great - as soon as we get to shore. Then we focus on the shore and get moving. We say, "I am moving toward a goal. I see it. If negative thoughts arise, they will not stop me from getting there because I can still see my goal. I can maneuver around the negativity and remain headed in my positive direction.'

clear intention

for example last week i went to a hollywood kind of party - celebrities etc - and because i've observed that that can put me in contraction - my intention was to 1. have fun and 2. connect genuinely with the people that were in front of me. i kinda ignored everything else - so instead of getting into comparisons or being overwhelmed by the whole party - i lived in my intention - which was easy - have fun with where i was and with who i was with - and be genuine and loving with those in front of me. was a really great experience.

focus outside the bus

just feeling separate and not in my loving. so i turned my focus from the people in the bus - and focused on the people outside of the bus, and just sent them Light, just asked that the sweet Universe bless them in whatever way it saw fit ... and it was miraculous
